Counselors on Campus

Dwyer strives to give students as much support and assistance as possibe, including counseling for all students.

Craig Kimball is our At-Risk counselor and works with 7th and 8th grade students who are in our district's At-Risk-of-Retention Program.

We have two counselors from Outreach Concern, an outside counseling service that we contract with to provide additional counseling for all students. Counseling from Outreach Concern require a parent to fill out a permision slip, that can be picked up in the office.

Though Dwyer does not have traditional grade-level academic counselors, our three grade-level administrators count academic counseling in their job description. Mr. Ruisinger, our principal, acts as the 8th grade academic counselor. Mrs. Buckman, our assistant principal, acts as 7th grade academic counselor. Mr. White, our TOSA, acts as 6th grade academic coulselor. Their doors are always open for students. Students should feel free to drop by for counseling as needed.

If you believe your student needs counseling services, call us and we will make those services happen.
